Another recipe, this time an adaptation of a Delia Smith recipe that I found some years ago and have adapted to give it more flavour (sorry Delia).

Our home for 12 months from September 2016 is a lovely village house owned by a friend of a friend. The travel business provided access to some really lovely people, and these people always seem to remember you and welcome you back with open arms.
One of the main reasons we, Andrew and I, decided to move to Spain for a year was in order to see our friends and family more often and for longer.
In September, we will be leaving London for a year of adventure in Spain. We actually thought about the move in the early summer of 2015, and back then, the thought of almost 18 months of waiting seemed like an eternity...
